The Adventures in the Torah program is based off of the annual Torah reading cycle that has been used in Judaism for thousands of years. In the alignment of that cycle with the Hebrew calendar, there are a handful of times throughout the year that two readings are combined, and then separated for the Hebrew leap years, when several weeks are added to the year.
In the Kingdom Kids program, we combine the leap year lessons for the main curriculum, then offer leap year lessons to fill in the gaps during the extra weeks that are added in during leap years.
The leap year lessons teach through the Armor of God, found in Ephesians 6.
