We want you to be happy with your purchase.

Physical Books: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect book, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will work with you to provide a replacement or refund.

Digital Products (eBooks): Due to the nature of digital products, all ebook and other digital purchases are final and non-refundable.

To request assistance with a physical book order, please contact us with your order number and a description of the issue at purchases@messianickids.com.
